When booking you will be sent the terms and condtions to sign and send back. At this time we would like a full amount for the accommodation, this is refundable up to 6 weeks prior to your expected date of arrival.

A deposit of €250 on arrival to cover any breakages or major cleaning required. Charges, within reason, will be deducted from this. Should there be any deductions, you will receive the balance of your deposit within 7 days of your departure.

All prices include bed linen, towels, bottled gas, mains water and electrcity and also your taxe de sejour fees, however, we cannot support the charging of electric vehicles .  If you stay for a more than a week , midway we will supply you with clean linen and towels free of charge, and come in and clean the kitchen and bathroom this will be included in the price of your stay.

Additional costs:-

Washing and ironing load  €25 per 10 kilos

Cleaning service  €50
